It is also cognizing that efficient duty performance is more important in developing teamwork than duty equality. The research has suggestions. First, agreement on the goal of organization among social workers should be prior to anything else for the sake of teamwork. Second, the role of leader should be accordingly clearly identified. And finally efficient duty construction and allotment should be followed. Otherwise, it will bring about a conflict among members of the organization due to improper duty construction and wasteful experience in carrying out duty.
